This Premium Service Policy ("Policy") defines the terms and conditions for paid subscription services offered by ELKROOM, including OXO Premium and Stricer Premium.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all premium/paid subscription services offered through our applications. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below in addition to our general Terms of Service.
2. Pricing
Premium subscription fees are displayed at the time of purchase in the respective app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) or on the Stricer website. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before your next billing cycle.
3. Payment
- Payments for OXO products are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store
- Payments for Stricer are processed through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- If you are a minor, you must have parental/guardian consent to subscribe
4. Refunds
Refund policies vary by payment platform:
- Google Play: Refunds are handled through Google Play. Visit Google Play Help to request a refund.
- Apple App Store: Refunds are handled through Apple. Visit Apple Support to request a refund.
- Stripe (Stricer): To request a refund, please contact us at oxo@elkroom.com. Refunds will be processed through Stripe.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the respective platform (Google Play, App Store, or Stricer settings). Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within the current billing period
- You can resubscribe at any time
6. Termination by ELKROOM
We may suspend or terminate your premium subscription without refund if you:
- Violate our Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse or misuse premium features
- Fail to pay subscription fees
7. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue premium features at any time. If we discontinue a premium service entirely, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused subscription period.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for premium services is limited to the subscription fees you have paid. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium features and are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
