Google User Data and YouTube API Services
OXO Game Launcher uses YouTube API Services in two features. By linking a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. OXO Game Launcher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1. Showing your YouTube channel on your OXO profile
- What we access: your channel's ID, title and view count, and your public videos.
- How we use it: to show your channel and its public videos on your OXO profile.
- Storage: the channel ID, title and view count are stored on OXO servers with your account; your public videos are refreshed from YouTube regularly.
2. Live streaming from the in-game bubble
- What we access: your channel's name and handle; the live stream and broadcasts the app creates for you; the viewer count and live chat of your current broadcast.
- How we use it: to create, start and end the broadcasts you set up, to show your viewer count and live chat over the game, and to show which channel is linked.
- Storage: the access token, channel name, handle and stream ID are stored only on your device. Live chat messages are kept in memory only while you stream and are never stored. None of this data is sent to OXO servers.
Sharing
We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
Removing Access and Data
In the app, tap Unlink in Bubble tools > Live to delete the live-streaming data from your device and revoke access. You can revoke OXO Game Launcher's access at any time from your Google Account. To delete the channel data stored with your OXO account, delete your account in the app or email oxo@elkroom.com; we delete it within 30 days.
How We Use Your Information

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations.
